"This is the most personable, down to earth mechanic shop that I have ever worked with. I recently acquired a 1993 high mileage Saab and it was giving me lots of trouble. I have never owned a Saab before and Travis has been great about explaining all my options, as well as answering all of my questions. They also went out of their way to pick the car and I up when it was having trouble, even though the shop was already closed for the evening.
