He's always willing to share his knowledge, explain procedures, and discuss options without condescension, and without pushing additional services. He works quickly, with a thoughtful, practical approach to repair and maintenance that must come from being a SAAB owner himself. Travis has gone out of his way on many occasions to make sure I was happy with his work, and with being an SAAB owner (I'm on my second older model).
