Travis Decker's knowledge of all things SAAB is beyond impressive. He's always willing to share his knowledge, explain procedures, and discuss options without condescension, and without pushing additional services. He works quickly, with a thoughtful, practical approach to repair and maintenance that must come from being a SAAB owner himself.
