We have accepted our fate and given General Motors $2000 for an annual subscription to TIS 2000. This is the software that the dealers use to update porgramming in the car, update the Tech 2 scan tool, and is essential to repair the 9-3 Sport Sedan that uses controller area network technology (CAN.) This means we have the same information and diagnostic capabilities as the dealerships! Combined with our reasonable approach to repairs, this will allow us to better sever theose customers with newer than 2003 vehicles. The CAN technology is federally mandated in all 2007 and newer vehicles, and represnets a major leap in automotive technology. We are comitted to remain on the forefront of the field, and have been rapidly becoming familiar with the system. Let us know if your 9-3SS has any wierd issues, we're ready to fix them!
