At Atomic Auto Repair we will:

• Treat all customers as though we have a vested interest in the proper repair of their vehicles and their complete satisfaction (WE DO!)
• Take the time to clearly explain to the customer the technical aspects of the modern automobile
• Make every customer feel comfortable regardless of race, gender, religion, age, personal preferences, or favorite color
• Provide all possible options for repair that meet or exceed original Saab design specs
• Offer the customer the most accurate estimate possible prior to starting repairs
• Retain used parts for customer inspection
• Create an environment that brings FUN to the auto repair experience (for both employees and customers)
• Provide the best possible equipment and resources for our technicians
• Offer at least a one year, twelve thousand mile warranty on parts and labor (longer if possible)
• Advise the customer if repairs are justified in light of the value of the vehicle for resale
• Provide avenues for dispute resolution by an independent third party
• Do our best to improve the image of the auto repair industry (we can spell, read, and know which fork is for the salad!)
• Increase customer appreciation of modern, independently-produced local music
